To provide an overview of the complex and multifaceted landscape of Darmstadt’s adult education offerings, this easy-to-use platform organizes information on educational institutions and programs in the Science City of Darmstadt in a clearly structured and intuitive manner. The platform encompasses educational institutions, providers, and programs in the field of adult education and represents an objective, cross-institutional source of information. The goal of the Darmstadt Digital Education Guide is to cross-link the individual educational needs of Darmstadt’s citizens with existing offerings in order to offer citizens a simple, quickly accessible, and free service. Qualification and educational needs are individually determined using filter questions, and suitable educational offerings are then displayed in detail. The conceptual development took place at the Adult Education Center of the Science City of Darmstadt.
